The problem Tideflow solves
Service businesses miss calls every day. Whether you are a solo tradesperson on a job, a clinic between appointments, or a small team without a front desk, missed calls mean missed opportunities and frustrated callers.
Tideflow answers those calls for you. It connects to your existing business number (or gives you a new one), picks up when you cannot, and makes sure every caller gets a professional response and that you know exactly who called and why.
Who Tideflow is for
Tideflow is built for Australian service businesses that rely on phone calls to win and keep customers. That includes:
- Tradies and contractors
- Health and wellness practices
- Property and real estate professionals
- Legal, accounting, and advisory firms
- Any small business where a missed call could mean a lost customer
Two modes: AI receptionist and voicemail
Every Tideflow workspace operates in one of two modes, and you can switch between them at any time.
AI receptionist
The AI receptionist answers calls in a natural, conversational voice. It greets the caller using your business name, collects their details, asks why they are calling, and creates a structured summary so you can follow up quickly. Think of it as a real receptionist who is always available, even at midnight or on weekends.
Voicemail mode
Voicemail mode plays a professional greeting and records the caller's message. Tideflow transcribes the recording automatically so you can read a summary instead of listening to every voicemail. This is a good starting point if you want call coverage without full AI interaction.
What happens after a call
Regardless of which mode you use, every handled call produces a record that includes:
- Caller name and phone number (when available)
- Reason for calling
- A summary or transcription of the conversation
- A recording you can play back
You can review these in the Tideflow dashboard, receive Slack notifications if you have an integration configured, or send events to your own systems via webhooks.
