Overview
Tideflow workspaces support multiple users so your team can view calls, manage leads, and adjust settings without sharing a single login. The workspace owner invites team members and assigns roles that control what each person can access.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, team management, inviting new members, and all workspace settings. |
| Admin | Can view calls and leads, change workspace settings (integrations, call mode, business details), but cannot access billing or manage team membership. |
| Member | Can view callers and calls. Cannot change settings or billing. |
Inviting team members
- Go to Settings → Team in your Tideflow dashboard.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and choose a role (admin or member).
- Tideflow sends them an email with a link to join your workspace. If they already have a Tideflow account, they receive a sign-in prompt instead.
- The invite appears as Pending until the person accepts.
Accepting an invite
When you receive an invite email, click the link and sign in. Tideflow links your account to the workspace automatically. If you are invited to more than one workspace, you can switch between them from the dashboard.
Managing existing members
- Change a role— The workspace owner can change any member's role from the team settings page.
- Remove a member— The workspace owner can remove a team member at any time. Removed members immediately lose access to the workspace.
Plan requirements
Team access requires an active plan that includes the team members feature. If your current plan does not include team access, the team settings page shows an upgrade prompt.
Common questions
Can I invite someone who does not have a Tideflow account?
Yes. The invite email includes a link that lets them create an account and join your workspace in one step.
What happens if I re-invite someone who was already invited?
Tideflow checks for duplicate invites. If the person already has an active invite or is already a member, you will see a message explaining the situation.
Can a workspace have multiple owners?
Each workspace has one owner. Additional users can be given the admin role, which provides broad access except for billing and team management.
